In May 2023, I worked with On The Record to produce podcasts with childcare activists. The resulting series looks to archives and oral histories for inspiration to tackle the lack of affordable childcare and low pay for childcare workers, which is a major cause of poverty and inequality today. What needs to change to address the childcare crisis in London?
